Guest Posting:

If you’re interested in guest posting, please email me directly. I have hesitated to include guest posts in the pasts, but I realize that people have experiences and advice that they, too, want to offer. If you would like to submit a guest post, please include the following information in your email:

1. What your guest post is about. I, of course, am looking for something relevant to either a) traveling or b) information for young scholars. Your post might take the form of a unique Top 5 list, an experience, advice on saving for travel, lessons for young travelers, or something for young academics. If it aligns with the content of this blog thus far, it’s probably a safe bet.

2) A link to your blog or another blog with which you have partnered previously. I make the assumption here that you have written for other blogs or perhaps have your own successful blog and are interested in reaching new readers. If you’ve never posted before, let me know! The primary objective is to ensure that the writing and content are quality.

3) For any photographers out there interested, I’m thinking of allocated one day per week to travel photos. If you have a particularly amazing photo you would like to submit, feel free to send it in along with a brief write-up (a paragraph or two, perhaps) about the photo including where it was taken and relevant background information/inspiration for the snapshot.

For all submissions, please include a blurb about yourself: your name, where you live/currently reside, education (if you would like that listed), the link to your blog or personal website and other relevant information you would like featured in your post.
